Strawberry Coconut Cloud
A creamy coconutty drink topped with strawberry cream

Ingredients
- 60 ml heavy cream
- 20 ml milk
- 2 tbsp macerated strawberry syrup
- 1 tsp freeze-dried strawberry powder optional
- 1 cup pink coconut water
Instructions
Make the Strawberry Coconut Cream
- Froth the heavy cream and milk until it doubles in volume. Add in the strawberry syrup and freeze-dried strawberry powder and continue frothing until well-combined
Assemble the Drink
- Add ice to a glass and pour in the pink coconut water.
- Top with the pink coconut cream, garnish with a halved strawberry, and dust with more freeze-dried strawberry powder.
