Einspänner Latte

A classic iced latte elevated with dollops of fluffy cream, making it almost dessert-like!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 6 g vanilla bean syrup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-2 espresso shots adjust to your preference
  • 1/4 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Froth the heavy cream and powdered sugar until thickened, but still pourable
  • Add ice and vanilla bean syrup to a glass. Pour in the milk.
  • Pour the espresso on top. Spoon a thin layer of cream on top of the milk.
  • Use a spoon to add dollops of the remaining cream on top of the drink. Lightly dust with cocoa powder.
