Einspänner Latte
A classic iced latte elevated with dollops of fluffy cream, making it almost dessert-like!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 6 g vanilla bean syrup
- 1 cup milk
- 1-2 espresso shots, adjust to your preference
- 1/4 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Froth the heavy cream and powdered sugar until thickened, but still pourable
- Add ice and vanilla bean syrup to a glass. Pour in the milk.
- Pour the espresso on top. Spoon a thin layer of cream on top of the milk.
- Use a spoon to add dollops of the remaining cream on top of the drink. Lightly dust with cocoa powder.
