Mango Matcha Coconut Cloud
Refreshing coconut water combined with mango syrup and topped with a creamy matcha cream.

- 300 ml coconut water adjust according to the size of your glass
Mango Syrup
- 1 cup frozen/fresh mango
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 3/4 cup water
Matcha Cream
- 60 ml heavy cream
- 40 ml whole milk
- 2-3 tsp matcha powder sifted
Prepare the Mango Syrup
Add the mango, white sugar, and water to a pot over medium-low heat. Once it begins to simmer, let it cook for roughly 10 minutes.
Prepare Matcha Cream
Froth the heavy cream, milk, and sifted matcha powder until the consistency is thick, yet still pourable (reference the video for the consistency).
