Mango Matcha Coconut Cloud
Refreshing coconut water combined with mango syrup and topped with a creamy matcha cream.

Ingredients
- 300 ml coconut water, adjust according to the size of your glass
Mango Syrup
- 1 cup frozen/fresh mango
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 3/4 cup water
Matcha Cream
- 60 ml heavy cream
- 40 ml whole milk
- 2-3 tsp matcha powder, sifted
Instructions
Prepare the Mango Syrup
- Add the mango, white sugar, and water to a pot over medium-low heat. Once it begins to simmer, let it cook for roughly 10 minutes.
Prepare Matcha Cream
- Froth the heavy cream, milk, and sifted matcha powder until the consistency is thick, yet still pourable (reference the video for the consistency).
Assemble the Drink
- Add ice and the desired amount of mango syrup to each glass.
- Pour the coconut water and top with the matcha cream. Dust with more matcha powder and enjoy!
