Strawberry Cream Croissants

Bakery-style strawberry cream croissants filled with light strawberry mascarpone cream

Ingredients

  • 2-3 croissants
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp strawberry puree
  • 3-4 strawberries halved

Instructions

  • Whip the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract until creamy and combined. Add the heavy cream and continue whipping until medium soft peaks form.
  • Add the strawberry puree and whip until everything is well-incorporated.
  • Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
  • Pipe the strawberry cream in the croissants. Pipe more cream on top of the croissants and top with the halved strawberry slices.
