Strawberry Cream Croissants
Bakery-style strawberry cream croissants filled with light strawberry mascarpone cream
Servings: 2
- 2-3 croissants
- 2 tbsp mascarpone room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp strawberry puree
- 3-4 strawberries halved
Whip the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract until creamy and combined. Add the heavy cream and continue whipping until medium soft peaks form.
Add the strawberry puree and whip until everything is well-incorporated.
Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
Pipe the strawberry cream in the croissants. Pipe more cream on top of the croissants and top with the halved strawberry slices.
