Strawberry Cream Croissants
Bakery-style strawberry cream croissants filled with light strawberry mascarpone cream

Ingredients
- 2-3 croissants
- 2 tbsp mascarpone, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp strawberry puree
- 3-4 strawberries, halved
Instructions
- Whip the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract until creamy and combined. Add the heavy cream and continue whipping until medium soft peaks form.
- Add the strawberry puree and whip until everything is well-incorporated.
- Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
- Pipe the strawberry cream in the croissants. Pipe more cream on top of the croissants and top with the halved strawberry slices.
