Fresh Strawberry Milk
Homemade strawberry milk with fresh strawberry compote
Ingredients
- 10 strawberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups milk of choice
Instructions
Prepare the Strawberry Compote
- Muddle 6 strawberries with the sugar and set it aside for 5 minutes. Dice the remaining strawberries and set it aside.
- Transfer the mashed strawberries to a pan over medium low heat. Once the strawberries begin simmering, continue simmering for 5 more minutes before turning off the heat. Let it cool completely.
Assemble the Strawberry Milk
- Add ice and strawberry compote to each glass. Pour milk into each glass and stir well.
