Lavender Lemonade
Lemonade infused with lavender and butterfly pea flower tea for the purple gradient.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried lavender buds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup sparkling water
Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
- 1 tsp butterfly pea flower tea
- 1/4 cup boiling water
Instructions
Make the Lavender Syrup (4+ servings)
- Bring the sugar, dried lavender buds, and water to a boil in a pan for 5 minutes.
Brew the Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
- Add boiling water to the butterfly pea flower tea leaves and let it steep for 5 minutes. Strain the tea to remove the tea leaves, and set it aside to cool.
Make the Lemonade
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add it to a glass with ice. Pour in your desired amount of lavender syrup and mix it together. Pour in the sparkling water and top with the butterfly pea flower tea. Garnish with edible flowers.
