S’mores Hot Chocolate
This s'mores inspired hot chocolate is pure nostalgia, made with graham cracker-infused milk and topped with a torched marshmallow on top.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk, or milk of choice
- 1 graham cracker
- 30 g milk chocolate
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla bean extract/paste
- 1 marshmallow
- whipped cream
- chocolate drizzle
Instructions
- Crush the graham cracker into crumbs and mix it with the milk. Set it aside for around 10 minutes until the crumbs become mushy. Strain the graham cracker out into a pot.
- Roughly chop up the milk chocolate. To a pot, add graham cracker-infused milk, chopped chocolate, and cocoa powder.
- Bring the pot up to a simmer (do not let it boil) and whisk everything together until fully combined. Let the hot chocolate simmer for around 10 minutes. Before turning off the heat, add the vanilla extract.
- Pour the hot chocolate into a mug. Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce drizzle, crushed graham cracker crumbs, and a torched marshmallow.
