Strawberry White Chocolate Mocha
A sweet treat in a drink— a strawberry latte with white chocolate syrup & finished with fluffy strawberry cream

Ingredients
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 2 espresso shots
White Chocolate Sauce
- 2 oz white chocolate
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Strawberry Syrup (2 servings)
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1-2 tbsp white sugar
Strawberry Cream
- 1 tbsp strawberry syrup
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
Prepare the White Chocolate Sauce
- Roughly chop the white chocolate. Combine the white chocolate and heavy cream in a heat-safe bowl over a double boiler (the bottom of the pot shouldn't touch the water) and mix until the white chocolate has fully melted.
Prepare the Strawberry Syrup
- Chop up the strawberries and add them to a pan with the white sugar over medium-low heat. Let it continue to heat up until it becomes syrupy—this should take around 5-7 minutes. Once syrupy, turn off the heat and strain the seeds out and set it aside to cool.
Prepare the Strawberry Cream
- Froth the strawberry syrup and heavy cream together until it thickens up to where it can hold its shape. It's ready when you can turn it upside down and it doesn't fall out.
Assemble the Drink
- Add ice, the desired amount of white chocolate sauce, and strawberry syrup to a glass, and mix it together.
- Pour in your milk of choice. Layer the espresso shots on top. Top with scoops of strawberry cream.
